Yes — book a PAYG class or lounge session to get a feel for the space before joining.

Saunas help relax muscles, improve circulation, boost cardiovascular health, and promote detoxification through sweating.
How cold is the ice bath?
Our ice bath sits between 3°C and 8°C and is fully filtered and refreshed regularly.
Can I alternate between sauna and ice bath?
Yes — contrast therapy is encouraged and a core part of our recovery experience.
Can I book the Lounge for private use?
Yes — when you book, you have exclusive access. Perfect for individuals, small groups, or teams up to 4 people.
What should I bring to the lounge?
Swimwear, towel, sliders, and water. Essentials are available on-site if needed.
How long should I stay in the sauna or ice bath?
For optimal benefits and safety: sauna 10–25 minutes per session; ice bath 2–5 minutes (especially for beginners).
What memberships do you offer?
Wellness Lounge Membership from £30/month, plus three contrast therapy tiers — Elevate (£45), Peak (£95), and Elite (£135). See the Memberships page for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes — we just need 7 days’ notice.
How do I book sessions?
Through our website booking page or via the Calendly app.
When are outdoor classes held?
Run & Dip every Friday morning at the Campsie Glen waterfall (£5). Free run clubs Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings. Monthly Sunday events.
Do I need to be fit to join outdoor classes?
Not at all — it’s more of a social connection than a tough workout. All levels welcome.
Do you offer physiotherapy or massage?
Yes — our recovery room is used by Physifix, a well-established physiotherapy brand operating from our space.
How do I book a physio session?
Bookings are made directly with Physifix through their website.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Yes — they make great gifts for birthdays or anyone in need of a reset.
Can other professionals use your space?
Yes — we’re open to collaborations with wellness professionals.
