Wolftuna started with a small group of mates at the foot of the Campsies – running, dipping and showing up for each other.
What began as a way to feel better has grown into a community built around movement, recovery and connection.
You don’t need to be fast, fit or experienced.
You just need to show up.
Our Story
Wolftuna was born in early 2023 at the foot of the Campsies.
It started with a small group of friends getting outside, running together and using cold water to reset physically and mentally. There was no big plan at the start – just people trying to feel better and bring others along with them.
Since then, Wolftuna has grown into a wider community across Scotland, bringing together social run clubs, outdoor sessions, cold water, sauna, recovery and real connection.
At the heart of it all, the message has stayed the same: show up, move forward and don’t do it alone.
Why Wolftuna
Wolftuna is built on contrast.
The wolf represents strength, presence and the pack – people moving together, looking out for each other and pushing forward.
The tuna represents the cold, the water and the willingness to jump into something uncomfortable for the reset on the other side.
Together, Wolftuna is about balance, hard and soft, heat and cold, movement and recovery, challenge and community.
Our Wellness Lounge in Glasgow’s West End is our home – a space built for sauna, hot and cold plunges, sports massage, coffee, conversation and recovery.
Our promise
No egos. No pressure. No need to be the fastest in the room.
Whether you’re joining a run club, coming to the lounge, taking part in an event or just trying something new, you’ll be welcomed into the community.
Just show up.
We’ll handle the rest.
